PICT documentation does exist!

I knew I saw it somewhere before.
Microsoft has a powerful tool for all-pairs testing called PICT. It can store models far more advanced than simply listing the equivalence classes available for each parameter, but the documentation is hard to find because it's buried in an MSDN article which also gives a great motivation (with data!) for pairwise testing in general.

Anyway, here's the link so you don't have to hunt any more (and if you're new to pairwise testing, you're in for a treat). Thanks, Jacek Czerwonka!
